After the job selection, you have to prepare according to your job profile. Now a days competition is increasing day by day because the number of applicants is high and demand is less. If you want to say any thing, use the chance when ever you get it. Avoid silly mistakes like spelling and gramatical. Really it makes very bad impression on you. Interviewer get easily attracted.
